So far so good
Only had this tire inflator for a couple weeks but each time I've used it so far, it gets the job done well. Its quieter than other tire inflators that I've owned in the past. Not dramatically quieter but just by a little bit, any compressor will be loud regardless. It is somewhat accurate, the numbers on the inflator are typically off by 1 psi when I measure against both an actual tire pressure guage and my vehicle's tire pressure monitoring system. In other words, I set the inflator to 37 psi, when it shuts off and I check the tire after with a separate digital gauge, it reads 36 psi. Close enough for me, not a deal breaker by any means. My absolute favorite feature about it is that the connector is a snap on type rather than a screw in type. I much prefer a snap on connector when connecting any inflator to a tire. In the past, I've had annoying experiences with screw in connectors. As I used them and reached the air pressure I wanted, when I go to unscrew the connector I would ALWAYS lose a large amount of air. Then I would have to reinstall it, add some of the air I lost, and hope I didn't lose more air afterward. With this product, I snap on the connector, set the machine to the air pressure I want, then instantly remove it without losing any air. So much more convenient and quicker to use too.If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be the buttons you press when setting the pressure you want. They don't really feel like actual buttons, instead they just feel like something shallow you press until you see the numbers change on the LCD screen, it feels a little cheap. Other then that, I'm satisfied with the product, hope it will last me a long time.

Love it very much!!!
I got it few days ago and I put air for air mattress ,basketball, bicycle and car.So far it works perfect for all of them. The following are reasons why I love it so much!Smart Tire Inflator: Preset target pressure and auto off while the preset value is reached.Easy to carry around: it perfect size to carry around so can use it anytime you need.Long strong cable:This portable tire inflator pump with total length about 10 ft easily reaching all front and rear tires.Easy to use: Connect this tire air compressor to a 12V adapter, snap on tire valve, read and set pressure with digital readout, start pumping, auto turns-off when full.Fast, cool and quite:plug and play out of the box, takes 3-5 minute to fill up a standard size tire, fairly quiet, with bigger heat radiator, not getting too hot after inflating.Others:Overheat Protection,Low Noisy for car, bicycle,Basketball and air mattress when put air in...I am very happy with my purchase.I would definitely recommend this to anyone who own cars!

Emergency
This compressor is nothing more than an emergency compressor to be stashed in a trunk or backseat. The power cord terminates at a 12v "cigarette lighter" of sufficient length to reach rear tires on both a GMC Sierra 1500 and Acadia. I believe cord length could possibly be an issue in a full length, lifted truck. This unit was simple and easy to operate. I set the desired pressure, attached the "locking" air hose nozzle, and pressed the on switch. It took approximately 6 minutes to go from 25 to 35 psi. It should be noted that upon completion of inflation, the digital read out on this device said 35 psi and my manual gauge read 40 psi. This compressor did seem to run a bit faster and louder with vehicle running. It did also get quite warm even though it only ran for about 6 minutes. If you must inflate a flat, for longer durations, or at higher psi, I would monitor units heat to avoid damage. Though it does appear to have a 1 year warranty if damage were to occur.I have not yet had a chance to run at higher pounds but am a bit confused on its capabilities. The box has one spot that says 150 psi but the caution on the back states compressor is capable of inflation up to 250 psi.The "emergency " flash light on the front was a nonfactor. It was not very bright though would suffice in a pinch. I'd still recommend carrying a better flashlight for nighttime roadside emergencies and other lowlight situations.Overall, I will be keeping this little number tucked away under the backseat in my pick-up. You know, in case of an emergency.6 mins, vehicle on/off, length of cord, 5 psi differential between digital read and manual gauge

Works like it is supposed to! Handy to have.
First off please read the directions before trying to blindly figure out how to use this. My son and husband tried that the first time and just got frustrated. It is easy, you just need to know what buttons to press in the correct order. You set the pressure you want to inflate to and then press the start button (which isn't labeled start - so just quickly look at the instruction manual before trying for the first time). Works great, inflates the tire quicker than another small inflator we had . Caution, again if you read the directions, you are warned not to use for more than 10 minutes at a time or you can overheat the unit. This product is meant to be a quick add some air to your tire product, not to inflate all 4 tires that have no air in them. If you need to use longer than 10 min, you need to let the unit cool down after 10 min. Easy to use just plug in car cigarette lighter and turned your key to get power to the lighter and your inflator will work - engine does NOT need to be running. These are great to have for an emergency or just to use when your tire needs a little air to get to the recommended inflation level. I live where winter's get cold and usually need to add air, this is so much easier than going to a gas station to inflate tires.
