Half of it didn’t work
I own an ice cream shop and thought this was a steal. 1500?! Wow!It comes in and it’s tiny. There’s no way the average American an use it because it is less than 4 ft tall.Then there are no instructions and half the machine doesn’t work.When I start the return, I realize that I have to ship it freight at my expense, which would cost as much as the machine.Very frustrated.

Works great
So its only been 3 months or so but its working great. The only thing is i wish they would give you a guide on how to use the machine but i guess there is always youtube.

This machine is horrible, both pans never worked at the same time. the seller is horrible to deal with they refuse to pay for shipping. very unprofessional i will never purchase from this company again.

Not sure that I'd buy this one again
Does the machine work? Yes, for the most part. Was it easy to learn, absolutely not because of lack of instruction. This huge machine came with 1 page instructions that made zero sense. We are a small business starting from the ground up. Not a franchise. We don't have anyone telling us how to use the equipment, how to make the bases, etc. We have been completely self taught. Now 2 months in we have had issues with the defrost peddle loosening, the left pan not staying at the temperature, etc. We are pushing through this first summer with what we have, but I may have to put more money into different machines down the road. That's not something I ever thought I'd have yo consider doing this early. So I'm super bummed.

Don’t waste your time and money
Machine did not work and the seller didn’t want to accept a return (wanted me to pay). Don’t even waste your money. It’s not worth your time

Do not purchase
This Ms jibe has not worked since day 1. We tried to use it on our opening day September 24th and it would not work. Horrible product and the communication is non existent with this company.
