Efectivo y cero dolor
Tengo varios años usando este laxante, sufro de estreñimiento severo así que puedo decir que es efectivo. Recomiendo comenzar con dos cápsulas y aumentar progresivamente (si es necesario). Contra: ha ido aumentando de precio!

Ein sanftes Produkt. Muss man entsprechend einnehmen (muss man sich ausprobieren), dann wirkt es gut. Nur Achtung: Produkte mit Senna sind auf Dauer kontraproduktiv (Gewöhnungseffekt). Aber am Ende wirken am besten Trockenpflaumen, die tun auch was für die Darmbakterien. Am besten gleich die Soften nehmen. Je nach Fall, 3 bis 5,6 Stück zum morgendlichen Buttertoast oder zuvor eingeweicht oder mit einem Kaffee Latte/immer genügend Flüssigkeit! einnehmen, oder immer zwei, drei zu den Mahlzeiten als Dessert nehmen.
