Its 100% effective. You can feel a sensation within 30 minutes of consumption. A bit overpriced than the matket rate. Hope Sharrets reduce the price. Bulletproof coffee only works with this. I have used Kayos and other brands but none is compared to this. Go for it.

I have been using Sharrets Nutritions MCT oil now for about 5 months in my coffee every day along with salads and for cooking. I use Sharrets MCT oil with my Keto style of eating. I have lost over 60 pounds with the aid of the Sharrets MCT oil.It is a great source of energy and fat burning for me in my everyday life now. I really like this Sharrets Nutritions MCT oil. It doesn't have any taste and no oily feel on my tongue. A high quality product in my opinion. Well.....I never write reviews, but I think this product is worth it!!
