I drink one in the afternoon for a pick me up, and I feel as if it helps me get through my days. it is a good way to help me also get in my water intake for the day making it more flavorful. I enjoy the low calories and the energy boost it gives me. I was worried that it would give me headaches, but this is a product that has NEVER given me headaches from drinking it. It mixes in just by stirring it with your straw, no clumps, no weird after taste. Best product out there!

These packets are delicious! I have been trying to find something low in sugar to add flavor to water so I drink more. The taste of this doesn’t taste artificial. It is delicious! They are easy to open and pour in a water bottle for on the go. You mix it with about 12 oz of water and shake it and it evenly distributes easily. They are delicious!

I’ve tried this flavor and the peach mango. Both are delicious! I mix mine in a 40 oz bottle of water with ice and it is the perfect level of sweetness. Helps me drink more water and has less caffeine than all the iced coffee I was drinking without the crash in the middle of the day. I actually noticed I’ve been sleeping better recently. The product dissolves easily and there’s no gritty texture to it. Makes me feel like I went to Dunks and bought a refresher without paying $3 a pop each time. Will definitely repurchase! Only complaint is that you can only get a 10-pack. Would love a 30-pack so I could stock up!

Product works well and tastes great. Be careful as you might want to start with a half pack first. A whole pack gives you a ton of energy. Be mindful that this product makes you urinate often when taking this. Easy to use and carry. Jist pour in water and shake or stir. Dissolves easily. Price is right
