Perfect first birthday party set!
This setvwas really adorable and affordable for my daughters party! I supplemented some items but all of the included decorations were complimentary. We got many comments about how nice it was. My first package was missing an item and seller resent right away. Really polished the party. I suggest ironing the ribbon for the monthly photos it presents better after that.

Didn't get all that I paid for
I purchased this kit knowing that I would need to inflate the balloons provided. So I purchased a helium tank to help inflate them. As I gathered all the balloons the day of the party, I noticed I did not receive the number 1 balloon. Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed!

Cheaply made, missing flowers on hat... disappointment
The flowers on the birthday hat had missing flower petals right on the front of the hat, the string is so little it doesn’t even fit to put on my daughter and it was not properly glued and came apart. That was the reason I picked this package. Very disappointed.
