The first time the box came it was extremely well packed. Tightly taped up, very tight styrofoam insulation and cold packs. When I opened the box, the contents were cool. The second time, the box was packaged exactly the same way but the mail person left the box that was clearly labeled "PERISHABLE ITEM" "KEEP OUT OF SUN" on all sides in the driveway on a 90 degree day in direct sunlight. When I opened the box, it was quite warm inside. We threw the contents away. The seller definitely does an excellent job at providing a quality product that is very well packaged but it is perishable product that goes outside of their control once it is shipped. I am not sure I will buy again through the mail, no fault of the seller. The cheese was fresh, not dried out. Cheaper than in the local supermarket, if you can find it there. It's the perfect cheese to fry up for breakfast with some fresh fruit.
