I received this laminator a few days ago and have done a few small projects so far with it. The paper cutter comes in handy to trim up your pages to get the most out of your laminating sheet as well as after to trim your finished product. It can handle up 3 plain printer paper to trim through. Not sure about construction paper. Definitely fiddle around with all the features to really get to know the machine. there are three different trim settings on the cutter. straight cut, wavy line cut and a perforated cut. I have worked with laminating machines for almost 10 years and can say that this, so far, is one of the best I've used. It is built well.

I’ve been wanting to get something like this for my in-store ads, i used to tape the paper up but this is definitely a lot more convenient and it actually come out good. Machine heats up really quick and the cutting tool comes in handy, I still need to figure out what the cold feature is for tho

I am using this for planner covers. It was a replacement for an entirely different brand of machinethat would heat up. So i was ecstatic when this one actually worked. The paper feeds through great and the machine warms up quickly. The cuter works well to trim the pages and i love the corner cutter. However, when the pages comes put on the other side they are wavy. I thought maybe it was the pouches i was using so i tried different ones and they still came out wavy. So i tried different paper and the still came out wavy. I contacted the seller and was told that the solution was in the manual, which it was not. There is no way to adjust the heat. So i ended up sending this one back too. Hopefully the third time is the charm.

I purchased this item (which was supposed to be top of the line - it was expensive) for laminating all types of cards and large stock. The first time I tried to use it - was to laminate a medicare card. The lamination material stuck to the roller and was irretrievable. There was no way to remove the card and lamination material that stuck to the roller. The machine was DOA. The cutter also did not work but merely bent the materials you tried to cut. All round bad experience. The machine is not fit for the purpose for which it was intended. This is the definition of the breach of the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for kids educational material lamination and feel so happy with this purchase. The machine has all I need including cold and hot functions for different materials to be laminated properly, cutter, and edge cutter. I used the complimentary case they gave me to try the hot laminator. It was heated up in 3 mins. I slide the sealed side in first and the machine will continue to pull the rest in.And then, I just use the cutter to cut it. The cutter has 3 different styles. The most amazing one is dotted cutting because it will be perfect for kids to tear them. I also used the rounded corner cutter which stores in the bottom.In general, I recommend this product so much. Can't wait to use it more for my students.

I bought this laminating machine half a moth ago in order to laminate my daughter's photoes for her 4th birthday celebration in her preschool.The machine gives a big surprise though for the first using the picture stuck(but easy to pull out with the ABS Button),I'm glad to own it. It's easy to use,only need to turn on the power,get the photo or paper ready into the laminating sheets.After the preheating for about 4 minutes when the green lights on,it will work.The best things I love is the cutter and the rounder cutter,after cutting,they still keep smooth. I used them make many flashcards for my children,which make them having more fun learning new words.If there are more laminating sheets come together,it almost perfect.

I was excited to use my new laminator in the new school year, but it lasted less than a month before it started to jam and ruin things. Within three months it's jammed multiple times and now is unusable.

Ok, so do not leave this un-attended. This product works great so far, just do not leave it un-attended the laminating case will roll up. I have had a few bad experiecnes so far like: plastic case rolling up, gaps of air pocket left in laminated documents but all this is done when I am not monitoring it. I gave it 4 because I think I should be able to leave it un-attended and get the same great results as to when I am monitoring it. Ohh by the way I love the rounded tool it is fantastic!!!
