Another super excellent product from Micro Ingredients is this super tasty Vitality Fiber Powder!! I mix it with water and enjoy the taste and consistency very much. I am very impressed with the ingredients and health benefits. I feel a noticeable difference in my overall vitality since I started drinking Vitality Fiber Powder water daily. The price is very reasonable, too. Give it a try and you will be happy that you found such a great product!!

It’s hard to get my daily fiber in. I’ve tried probably 20 different types from supplements to fiber cookies to chalky powders that taste yucky, so finding Vitality Fiber has been a game changer. It’s soluble fiber, which is important to me because does not upset my tummy, has 5g per serving and is not gritty and can be mixed into anything easily and efficiently. I can really power up any meal by adding this, especially if I’m having a low fiber kind of day!

I purchased this product over another more expensive brand I previously ordered. After only 2 days I discovered that this disrupted my regularity. It may be effective for some people but not for me.

I switched to this fiber because my usual stopped being sold on Amazon. This is a “sticky” powder, so it clumps easy and tends to settle in the bottom of my coffee mug, even after using a frother/mixer. It is not as easy to handle either (I have to wash my hands if any residue gets in me from scooping). Won’t repurchase, unfortunately.

I’ve always loved every product from Micro Ingredients. The quality is always the best and I love how pure the products are. Since I’ve only been taking this for 2 weeks, I can’t say that I feel like a different person. However, knowing the health benefits these ingredients have, I know it’s only doing great things for my body.

The bag clearly says this dissolves easily. I would disagree very much with this statement which is the reason for 4 stars. That's just not true at all.The primary challenge with this product is its mixability. As shown in the accompanying pictures, the powder tends to clump up and form a slimy ball when added to liquid. The second picture is just showing a little left on my glass after a vigorous stirring and then drinking. Achieving a smooth consistency requires significant stirring effort. I experimented with hot coffee, hoping it would dissolve more easily, but found that thorough mixing is still necessary to prevent settling at the bottom of the cup. Using a clear liquid is helpful to visually ensure the powder is fully dissolved.As this is my first experience with a prebiotic fiber supplement, I'm unsure if this clumping issue is common among similar products. However, if you're looking for a prebiotic, this seems to be a viable option. The small serving size ensures the 1lb bag lasts a considerable time, making the price per serving very reasonable and the overall value excellent.Unflavored I guess means they didn't add anything to it, the natural flavor of the powder is mildly earthy, but not unpleasant or overpowering. When mixed into coffee, the flavor is virtually undetectable. However, I learned that it does not mix well with electrolyte powders, creating an undesirable gelatinous texture.Pros:Supports colon, digestive, and gut health.Unflavored and easy to incorporate into various beverages.Non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan.Excellent value due to the large quantity and small serving size.Cons:Difficult to mix, tends to clump in liquid.Requires significant stirring to dissolve properly.Does not mix well with electrolyte powders.
