This is second baterry i tried for my dell xps. First one did not load and i returned (different manufacture). This one works 1st try. Good value for money.Just one thing noticed - when i 1st tried i got message ‘low battery’ even if it was 70% load… i rebood my laptop, check bios all good. Then message disaapeared. Now it s charging in 3-4 hr and last 9-10 hrs. Very happy with purchase

My original HP Omen SR04XL battery lasted three years before getting progressively less capable of holding a charge, as it was always plugged in and charged to 100%. This replacement looks identical to the original in every detail, apart from the printed text on the skin. Works absolutely perfectly. But... this time, I've re-set the BIOS so that the battery only charges to 50% when plugged in. This is the reason all rechargeable batteries fail over time, they are cooked to death when constantly sitting at 100% charge. Same as with mobile phones, charge to no more than 80%, and the life can be doubled. Charge to 50% max, and the battery will last many more years. You can reset the BIOS in only a minute, to 50%, 80% or 100% charge when you need it, at least on HP laptops.

No complaints at all so far. Got this to replace the puffed one which was pushing the rear cover off of my HP Omen laptop. The battery was delivered very promptly, and fitted perfectly. It's been in for 9 days and seem to perform as well as the original. Very pleased with this.

battery supplied for dell 13 xps 9360 is not 60w or PW23Y. Ran cmd powercfg/batteryreport stated design capacity as 45,140mWh, 45w for short and model NRP72. This I only found out once fitted. battery is working I will not remove it, do not want to disturb internal wiring again

La batteria non tiene la carica, non è completamente compatibile con il PC. L'hpCentro non la riconosce completamente.quindi acquisto pessimo.

Bien para lo que quiero. Lo unico es que el ordenador no sabe el tiempo restante de actividad en horas de duracion de la batería
