Model Y does what is exactly required of it and the water is so much better.Installation guidelines are clear and customer service is easily available through them.

I’ve just recently bought this and installed it. There’s a lot going on in the menu that it would have been great speaking to a “customer support” team, but good luck with that. I’ve rung Water2buy phone number & you’ll never get an answer on that line. I have even done the call back option and still nothing. Other than that, it looks good just not sure if it’s been used to it’s optimal best due to trying to set up. Also, the Water2buy app is of no good. Nothing relevant on there 🤷🏼‍♂️

So this works well and softens all out water, but after 2 months the water taste salty after a regen and I have to run the tap for a minute and then its all OK. Basically if you buy anything from Water2Buy you are on your own, customer service is non existent, the instructions are terrible and you have to work it out yourself. So if you are reasonably competent and can work things out this is fine, but when it goes wrong you are on your own.

I'm very pleased with this water softner. We have house in hard water area and was something we was planning to have in out new house. My hubby says all was easy to install. Everything works excellent and is very easy to use. Great quality, highly recommended

I recently ordered the Water2Buy EASY Model Z Water Softener to tackle the issues caused by hard water in my area. Living in London, where water quality can be questionable, I needed a solution to combat lime and scale buildup. This water softener seemed like the perfect fit, and it does deliver on its promise of providing filtered, soft water. However, I did encounter a slight issue with the dimensions—it's important to ensure it fits in your undersink area before purchasing. Overall, it's a quality product that effectively removes limescale, but the sizing aspect is something to consider.

The design of it it’s not the best but it can actually fit under the sink if you have enough space. I could not get to the bottom of how to install it so I had to seek help but I’m not the best at this kind of things. The quality of the water got better and I can tell as I can’t see that many marks on my shower walls . Not easy to install and a bit pricey but if you live in an area with hard water is definitely worth the price

A frustrating and disappointing experience. Buying this product was the worst decision I’ve made. The tank keeps leaking, causing water to overflow from the softener. As a result, my kitchen units have been damaged. This has been the worst purchase ever, and I have no idea how to fix it.
