Sanuk Women's Fraidy Cat Flip-Flop

First off, being a "California" girl all my life, I was raised wearing flip-flops, beach-walks now the trendy word, "Thong".My mother would get all of the kids "beach-walks" at the dollar store in Santa Cruz.Now every summer I treat myself to a pair or two.Flip Flops always remind me of happy times.If I see them at a drug store, online,or a shoe shop, if I love them, I get them!These just looked so cool & so different than any other pair I have ever bought.I hesitated at first before buying them because off the cloth between the toes.They now have become my favorite pair.I have quite a few, but will look for these to wear no matter what.I swim every day so they have been wet quite a lot.Doesn't seem to affect them though because they are really well made.They have a bohemian-cool, hanging out on a beach somewhere "look " about them.I truly love these.I may even buy another pair since I always want to have these around. I normally wear the dreaded 9.5 shoe size (hard to find size), so I opted for the 10 to be safe. I'm almost positive a 9 would've been better. I have almost a half inch free space in front of my big toe. So if you're 9.5, go with the 9.I bought these because I like comfort, non-flashy sandals. I like laid-back, non-sporty, plain but cute stuff and yes they don't have much cushion compared to other types of sandals, but I'm used to this kind of sandal. It's for the low maintenance kind of gal and these fit the bill perfectly.That said, I'll probably destroy them by the end of summer like I do with all my sandals, but for 17 bucks they're pretty great for the look I like. Best of all I didn't have to go shoe shopping to leave my house to find them.

This is my daughter's second pair of these flip flops. They were not replaced because of poor quality...they were replaced because she wears them A LOT. She loves them because she has very sweaty feet (just like her dad.) That might sound funny, but for a teenage girl, it's not. She had stopped wearing flip flops altogether, because sweat on a smooth footbed just gets too slippery to be comfortable. Not to mention her feet were always dirty from the mixture of sweat and dirt. Gross. She was embarrassed. These sandals have a suede footbed that absorbs a lot of the moisture. Voila...no more complaining! No slipping, no grime. Happy daughter, happy mom.

I live in Mexico and have completely walked through the soles of 4 pairs of these flips in 2-1/2 years! My absolute favorites because they are leather and fabric, not rubber where the sand will grind the flesh off my feet. I have a business on the beach where my feet and shoes are covered with sand and saltwater all day. Only problem - getting stolen while I am working! Only happened once - now I am smarter about where I kick the off. LOVE MY SANUK's! I love these shoes, they are comfortable and stylish but I also have another pair that does not have the brown liner on top of the yoga mat soles and they are much more comfortable than these. The one thing I really like about these shoes is that they fit my narrow feet much better than the other style I have. The other style I own is the wild life flip flop and they strap on those tends not to be as snug as these. If you have a narrow foot these are great. I am very happy with my purchase and love this style

I recently lost my beloved Lands' End flip flops purchased years ago. I have tried over the years to find a flip flop as comfortable as those. Finally, I found them. The Sanuk Fraidy Cat Thong. There are so comfortable and better looking than my old pair. This is the second pair I bought recently because I don't want to go on another hunt of several years of looking for the perfect flip flop. I know they're stylish as my daughter, the college junior, complimented me on them. After wearing these flip flops for several weeks, they seem to mold to your feet. I highly recommend this brand.

I purchased these thongs for my oldest daughter. As a normal college student she likes the very cheap rubber flip flops. I have severe foot problems and wanted to get her some flip flops with more support. She loves them, they fit perfectly, and she loves the pop of color on them! If I could comfortably wear flip flops is my younger days I would snap them up! She normally goes through 5-6 pairs of the cheap rubber flip flops where I believe she will get years wear out of these. They are padded , cute, and give the structure of a sandal instead of a cheap flip flop. Highly reccomend.

Bought these for a trip to Mexico and they were great. Really pretty and comfortable. I have high arches and the arch support was as good as any other decent quality flip flop I've worn. I have very narrow feet and if the straps were any tighter, they would have been uncomfortable, so I would not recommend for someone with wider feet. I consistently wear a 7, sometimes a 6.5 but never larger. I ordered these in a 7 and these came to about 1/4" from my heel, so order up if you have any question about sizing.
