Good idea but not greatly designed. Did not accommodate size. Size matters sometimes!

Two person job ...
This system works GREAT! My issue is that my husband is kind of chubby around the waist and the elastic strap, while it fits, is quite tight and leaves a red indention on his skin. Getting this on is a two person job so if the man who needs it cannot hold it in place while you get all the attachments taken care of the job is difficult and time consuming.

That Im need straps for the bag to wear on my leg while traveling.
I received my product last week. However, the bags did not have straps with them. I need straps to strap the bag to my leg wen I travel. Do they make straps to fit these bags or should I send the whole package back and order a product that have straps?
