Starlink mini arrived in perfect condition. Minor issue with power adapter was resolved quickly. Set up was simple. Highly recommend this product and seller.

The seller, at least at the time I purchased the unit, is not authorized by Starlink. At this time I have nothing - Starlink will not allow me to create an account. It is also ‘interesting’ that each time I go into the order details on Amazon, there is a different seller. Something shady id going on and I believe Amazon should be held liable for facilitating unauthorized sellers. I am checking on what legal action is possible. DO NOT BUY STARLINK EXCEPT THROUGH AUTHORIZED SELLERS - THEIR WEBSITE HAS A LIST.I am also very disappointed with Starlink. The unit I received has a valid serial number and is, as far as I can tell, a working Starlink Mini. Everything about the packaging, the labels and components indicate to me that I have a legitimate Starlink product. Do they have so little control of their product that hundreds (thousands?) of them are out on the market in the hands of unscrupulous sellers? That’s BS!

Received one day earlier then expected.Item was what I ordered new withoutany damages.

This product turned out to be a European Model which requires a $300.00 region transfer activation fee if used in the US. Also you would need to purchase a US DC power adapter for around $50.00! I sent it back for a refund. Sometimes a price that is, "too good to be true," really is too good to be true because it's deceptive.

Far exceeded my expectations. Easy to install, set up and use.

It worked well attached to the roof of my rv. Not great, I never got got close to 1gb speed. I was in the 90 to 140 gbps range which was fine. The service is relatively expensive. It's $65 a month for 50 GB. Or $160 for unlimited a month.

Starlink refused to activate this dish. It said Amazon is not an authorized Starlink dealer. It flatly refused me access to the internet even though the dish was communicating with the satellites. It said I must purchase a unit from the Starlink website or a list of authorized dealers. Buyers beware.
