Not Ideal for Fine Hair
I am reviewing the Sunny Isle Lavender Mint Hair and Strong Roots Oil 4oz | Infused with Jamaican Black Castor Oil and Biotin | Strengthen and Nourish Hair Follicles | Dry Scalp, Split Ends | Double Growth FormulaThis smells lovely and perhaps it will work on certain hair types. My hair is very fine and runs from wavy to coily. This product, applied to the roots, results in greasy looking hair for me.I now use it as a pre-treatment. I apply it at least half an hour before I wash my hair. I doubt that gives the full benefit, but it feels good on my scalp.

Just what I was looking for great mint smell leaves my hair smelling like mint and lavender for about 2 days not bad considering I work in a hot environment so scalp stay sweating and my scalped stays oiled

Nice scented castor oil.
This oil came in a nice little amber bottle and smelled great. It had a relatively strong scent of lavender and peppermint. It is labeled as lavender mint oil but is more castor oil than lavender or mint. Avocado oil, coconut oil, and grape seed oil also are more abundant than lavender or mint. I didn't realize this when I ordered it. It left my wife’s hair too greasy for her taste so she passed it on to me try as a beard oil. It does condition well due to it being mostly castor oil. It also has a laundry list of all the good oils that you see in most quality beard or hair oils. (see product image for list) The strong scent was a little too bold for my beard oil taste, so it went back to my wife who has been using it over night to help condition her hair and then washing it out in the morning. This seems to be its best use, and I love the scent at night. She is like a little lavender-mint air freshener laying next to me and she likes the results in her hair.
