Go a size up
If you have any kind of quads (I myself am hardly an Olympic sprinter or prop) go a size up from waste measurement. I’d like to think it’s the pouch size but realistically I doubt that. Other than that; very comfortable, my wife likes them, expensive.

Reçu ce jour. L'emballage des caleçons était déchiré ce qui porte à croire qu'uncaleçon a été essayé et remis maladroitement en place. Déçue vu au prix de l'article. Heureusement que ce n'était pas pour faire un cadeau.

Great undies for an active person
These fit great and are comfortable! They even have the quick access port! Nice stretch without being overly tight. Very breathable and lightweight. Didn’t shrink after washing either. Seems very durable after wearing on multiple long bike rides and multiple washings. They look good and the waistband doesn’t roll.
