Prazi-Med Fish Treatment, 50 Grams

This is a value oriented treatment for flukes and other parasitic conditions in your pond, tank or aquariums. I believe the value is excellent when compared to dead livestock. Keep in mind it's NOT for food fish or human consumption. It has very little effect on plants and scaleless fish, but always do a test. Snails and crustaceans would be the most vulnerable by Prazi, so definitely do a test. You will most likely need a second application to kill hatching eggs, so be prepared to do it prior to the effects wearing off of the first dose. Remove any activated charcoal or carbon media prior to use. You may also need a 50% water change between dosing. Prazi-Med name is the exact same thing as Prazi-Cura, so treat the same way.Aquariest always treat chemicals with common sense, with the environment in mind. Please don't treat where rain or run-off is expected while treating. This is one of the best, if not the best treatment available for parasitic conditions. I haven’t had to use it yet, however the amount of product for the price is a great deal. While it doesn’t have any dosing instructions, you can easily find the appropriate dose online for your amount of water. This amount treats about 5,000 gallons. It also comes inside of a sealed bag inside of the container so when you open it you don’t have to worry about the powder dust flying out. The container is also dark which is nice to keep the shelf life of the product longer.

This is just a bag of powder in a jar, with zero instructions on how to use it. No dosage information for how much you need per the amount of water in your pond, nothing telling you if you prefer mix or add directly in etc. Not very useful if you don't know how to use it.

Well, so far so good. We had quite the issue with visible parasite in our tank that were killing our fish. My guess is they came in the Japanese snail we added a couple months ago. The tank has been treated and all the fish are happy now.

This is an effective general cure-all for your aquarium fish. Does not come with any dosage information, but a Google search quickly solves that problem.

I have not had the need for this but have used this in the past and know how it works and how much to use, The price is great being that you get a nice container.
