Great quality magnesium for kids. I started giving this to my child in the evenings and it really helps him relax and sleep better. The liquid form is very easy to use and the taste is actually pleasant, so no struggle at all. I also noticed he feels calmer and more focused during the day. This works better than expected. My 7yr old has ADHD and getting him to turn that little brain off and relax to go to sleep is challenging. My only gripe is since starting these drops he has started to wet the bed. I stopped for a few days to see if it was truly the drops and sure enough he stayed dry on the nights I didn’t give it to him. It puts him in such a deep sleep, he isn’t waking up to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, it seems to be a great product but I don’t know if it’s worth having to wash sheets every day.

It does not calm my son down at all but I tried it and it works for me. So im going to keep trying it. Maybe it take longer to get into his system

This worked amazing to help my kids fall asleep !!! But I hate glass bottles for kids stuff it fell and cracked so easily and after only using a few days it cracked and on the floor. So upsetting Maybe it's just not a string glass,
