This is my go to to make salsa. It is really good has a nice little kick to it but not too much simple to make and the taste is just wonderfully amazing.

i recommend this mexican seasoning. its just perfect. they right amount of salt heat and everything else. it has peppers!!! i add it to rice and meats and even fish and shrimp. if they change the price i will not buy it again. but so far everything is perfect.

As easy as it gets to make salsa. This tub is for canning a big batch of salsa, but it isalso great to make many small batches of fresh salsa. I am looking forward to fresh garden tomatoes, but in the mean time I use - one 14oz can of fire roasted petite diced tomatoes, 2 Tbsp of the seasoning, and 1 Tbsp of cider vinegar. Mix it up and then wait an hour and you end up with a pretty tasty salsa!

I love this product. So easy to make and seasoning can even be used to make a dip using cream cheese. I’ve used the seasoning to make enchiladas for an extra kick and my family loves them

Great product easy to use

I use this to make salsa using tomatoes out of my garden and it works well. I add bell peppers, an onion, garlic, and when it's available from my garden I sometimes add basil (added at the very end), oregano, sage, and various other herbs. I have added frozen pineapple. I have added habanero peppers, with seven in one batch being about as hot as I want it and too hot for some people. All of it's good.I dry tomatoes from my garden also, then pulverize them in a food processor and run them through a screen and add some of this tomato powder to make the salsa thicker.The secret that makes this salsa so much better than what you buy from a store is that most tomato products are made with Roma tomatoes; these are cheaper to use but their flavor is bland compared to any other kind. The good tasting tomatoes make a much better tasting salsa.Even with all this that I add, this powder mix is important, or at least I think it is.

I was looking for a competitor brand , but saw this at much less .I figured I'd give it a try . Taste / flavor is spot on .Now instructions are for making a batch of fresh tomatoes and the whole can of mix at one time .I bought canned tomatoes ,14.5oz can . I found 2 tablespoons of mix , 2 tablespoons of vinegar are about right . We did try adding 3 Tablespoons of mix , and we just got more spices ( read salty, cummin ect ) but it was not pleasant for us .If you want more heat , DO NOT just add more mix . Go for adding peppers and such .Cost wise this will save for my house about 125$ by the time the can is gone .In short I will definitely be ordering more in the future .

Grew my own tomatoes. Did not peel skins. Delicious. Makes 5 pints per pkg. I bought 6 pkgs this year. Going to grow more tomatoes next year!!!

I like this for making chilli sauce but not salsa because it tastes like chilli powder
