Delicious and Satisfying!
Quest Nutrition’s S’mores Protein Bar is easily one of my favorites. The flavor is spot-on — you actually get that classic s’mores taste with hints of chocolate, graham, and marshmallow without it being overly sweet. The texture is soft and chewy, and it doesn’t have that chalky aftertaste that a lot of protein bars have. What I love most is how filling it is. It keeps me satisfied for hours, and with high protein and low sugar, it fits perfectly into my daily routine, whether I’m at the gym, at work, or on the go. If you’re looking for a protein bar that tastes like a real treat but still supports your nutrition goals, the Quest S’mores flavor is a winner. Highly recommend!

My Go-To Protein Bar for Long Days in the OR
As a CRNA, long days in the OR don’t always leave time for real meals, so having something reliable in my bag matters. Quest Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars are one of my go-to options. They’re filling, taste legitimately good (not chalky or overly sweet), and actually keep me satisfied through long cases or late afternoons when breaks are unpredictable. The protein content helps me stay energized without the sugar crash, and the chocolate peanut butter flavor feels like a treat rather than a “diet” bar. I keep a few in my work bag and my call bag because they’re easy, clean, and dependable when I need quick fuel between cases. If you work in healthcare, have a demanding schedule, or just need a high-protein snack that actually tastes good, these are a solid staple.

Tastes more like chocolate chip cookie dough
The Quest s’mores protein bar is good, but it tastes more like chocolate chip cookie dough than a s’more. I really like the high protein, high fiber and low sugar! I would buy it again.

Best Protein Bar
Had I known about Quest Bars sooner, I wouldn't have spent so much money on other far more expensive protein products for my keto weight loss program. What I love best about these in addition to their reasonable price and SNAP EBT eligibility is the wide variety of flavors which helps to avoid monotony. Every flavor tastes really good, not at all like any other protein bar I've ever tried.

Good ones
Cinnamon flavoring wasn’t expected but still good!

They're not bad, but not great either.
I got these for $6 something and I decided I would give these a shot to add some more variety to protein bars I bring to work and I don't hate these things, but there are a couple of things I definitely dislike. +Flavor is actually pretty good, it doesn't taste artificially or taste too much like sugar alcohol like a lot of the other protein bars which is a plus. -Price is kind of steep, $6 is an alright deal imo, but once it reaches almost $10 or sometimes even over for just 4 bars that's when you just try something else. -Texture I really hated, it was like eating a foam brick, a tasty foam brick, but nonetheless I wish it was softer. +I'm not really educated with macros or anything, but I do love seeing actual fiber in these. Overall I would say they aren't bad, but there is more to be desired. If these things just had a better texture and price these things would be amazing as they actually kept me full, but I just don't really like eating these things unless it's the last thing in my bag. I would be willing to try other Quest branded stuff however.

The best high fiber diet bar
I've tried all varieties of the Quest. This is best. Probably closer to 4.8 Stars, because the packaging is not ideal. It's a little difficult to open. Be sure to eat slowly and drink water!

Getting protein for my son
These are my son's favorite bars. He works in a dialysis clinic for 12+ hour shifts. Having a quick , tasty, protein source, that fits in the pocket of his scrubs is just golden!!
