Seems to be quality material but only time will tell. Easy to set up. It works exactly as is advertised. Works the abs well enough when twisting and the bands help with resistance for the arms and legs when done properly. Helps with balancing. Very quiet and easy to use.

I purchased this item as a way to still get some exercise while healing from a broken foot. I actually lost 2 inches in my waist. Unfortunately the band/pully broke 4 months later. I gave this product 5 stars because it is a great product, and the company’s customer service is stellar! I reached out to them explaining what happened. They responded within 24 hours requesting a couple of pictures as well as information from the sticker on the leg of the item. They sent a replacement within days. I was 100% satisfied with their customer service and love this little machine. My foot has healed and I’ve been able to incorporate other cardio activities back into my workout regimen, but this one will stay in my rotation. ❤️

I wasn't sure if this would meet expectations but it does! I actually like using it! It's fun to use, which is a major factor in motivating daily use. My husband and son have both used it too - because it's easy and fun. When not in use for twisty exercising, I place it under my desk and use it while sitting, to burn 'extra' calories while working at my desk. Very glad I bought this. Well worth it.

I took off one star simply because the resistance bands that come with it do nothing for me. I ended up removing them and using it holding two weights in my hands instead. You can't attach your own, either, otherwise I would have done that. They're just useless and don't provide much resistance at all. I have gone from 3 lb to 5 lb weights and will graduate up to 8 lb ones soon. I have bad knees but this is still a great piece of equipment to use as it doesn't hurt mine. I haven't fallen or slid on it; however, you do need to be careful getting on and off of it. The weight limit can be a downer for some, but I fit the range so it was great for me, and it has increased my core strength which benefits my learning to SUP, so it has been great.

Love that this came put together already - so ZERO assembly required! The stability of the machine is unexpectedly a 10/10. I am 215 lbs, and feel very comfortable using the machine. It's small and easy to put away, not overly heavy to move either. I just started using it, and love it! Can't wait for some results.

Sturdy and smooth movement. It is helping me strengthen my knees however I thought I’d get more of a work out for my waist. 3 stars because it doesn’t meet my expectations but it is still useful for me.

Fun and simple to use, is durable, can be a little unstable but overall is a great product.

It works!! It’s really quiet! My core was sore after 2 days! I also use 5lb dumbbells when I’m using this and I twist 300 times, sometimes 500. When you twist left then right, count that as 1, twist left then right again, count that as 2. Do that till you reach 300 or 500, you can do them in sets of 100 if you get tired, but reach your goal of 300 to 500 twists. You will not be disappointed!

Macht richtig Spass mit guter Musik dazu. Bin gespannt, wann man Raultate sieht, spüren kann ich schon, dass es wirkt. Der Muskelkater ist nicht zu verachten 😉

Also für mich war das nichts! Für inaktive Menschen die mit Bewegung anfangen wollen ...naja ich empfehle eh ein Fahrad...aber jeder muss es selbst wissen. Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten! Ich habe es an meine Arbeitskollegin abgegeben, sie hat kleine Kinder die damit spaß haben.
