MedVance silicone bandages are fantastic for wounds with or without exuding liquids. My skin does not work with 99% of bandage adhesions but then I found these. They stick every time and are durable enough to leave in place for a few days while you are healing. The thickness is an extremely beneficial and really help protect your wound & skin to relieve pain when touched or bumped. Highly recommended.

Very good brand

Great for small wounds in sensitive areas, I have HS and this has been a life saver for painful wounds under the arms and groin area. Has significantly increased my quality of life. Not too big and when used with the sting free barrier film everything stays protected. The only issue I ran into is when used under the arms and you're working out and sweating a lot some of the adhesive is lost, but it so far has stayed intact even then. But that is not an issue with the product, that's just life and how it works. Not painful to remove even without barrier film.

So sorry time: my neighbor has this cute 10 month old lab puppy bubbles lab puppy is very excitable and when he's excited he's not super smart? Anyways my dog absolutely loves playing with his puppy through the fence in this puppy has even jump to the fence once or twice to play with my dog but one day I was outside with some treats I decided to split them between the two dogs. Well darn if this puppy didn't get so excited that me and my dog were both out there together he couldn't find where I threw the treat. Whining and looking all over acting absolutely pitiful he couldn't find that little treat I decided to hop the fence . well you see that didn't go so well for me right at my crotch I ripped my pants all the way down to mid thigh but that wasn't the worst of it I also ripped a chunk of skin out at that cute part of your but where it curves under only a little more off to the side so a little closer to my privates than I would prefer to get a dime sized chunk of skin ripped at but i bear through it, puppy gets his lost treat and I very shamefully climb back over the fence again holding my pants closed with one hand

Easy to apply and works well on bed sores

Absolutely incredible product for sensitive skin. I purchased it for dressing a post surgery scar on my breast requiring daily dressing changes, and had tried a lot of other produst; Nexcare strong hold adhesive pad, nexcare sensitive skin tape, walgreens brand sensitive skin paper tape, bandaid brand all-in-one foam dressing pads, bandaid brand waterproof pad, 3M Medipore +Pad, and more. This is hands down the best product. It doesn't stick to the wound, is showerproof, painfree to remove, and soft, it doesn't even leave creases in the skin when the correct size is used. My skin was so dry and irritated two weeks post surgery it was beginning to look like it does with stretch marks, that shiny, scar tissue like appearance. I was using gentle soap to help remove other bandages to avoid pain and further damage to my skin, and using lotion made other dressings not adhere well. These dressing pads even maintain skin moisture! I can use lotion over them no problem, and the silicone layer keeps the covered skin nourished. And personally, I haven't had any problems with the adhesion, even while sweating, and believe bad adhesion is only a problem if an improper size is used. It may seem expensive, but so is trial and error with other products, so why risk wasting your money when this product is a sure thing. After spending over $100 on wound care over the course of the last 4 weeks, I can confidently reccomend this product to anyone with a serious or post surgical wound, sensitive skin, and the like.

Didn't stick very well.

I recommend this bandage for anybody that needs a bandage in an area that moves a lot. I have hidradenitis suppurativa and it affects the groin area. If you are unaware the groin area is a hard place for bandages. The ones that I tried before this wouldn't stay because of the movement of the area. I'm so glad that I found this bandage. It sticks very well. I was unsure when I first got it about the sticky part over the pad of the bandage but the bandage absorbs well. This bandage is also comfortable to wear which is a plus. It removed extremely easy for something that sticks so well. It does not pull on hair or hurt when removing. The only downside is that not many come in the box.
