This is probably the best bike in the world at this price range. It is a beautiful bike. I could not find one flaw anywhere. If you think you're mechanically inclined (I work on my own vehicles), trust me—if you haven't set up a modern bike before, save yourself the time and take it to a pro to set it up for you, because the instructions aren't the best, which is the only con I can mention. This was a birthday present for my 14 year old son, and after consideration, I took the bike to the local bike pro. He was blown away by the quality of it, too, and wow...what a smooth and comfortable ride it is. The Royce Union 700c is proof that some companies still make quality products at a reasonable price. The negative reviews about this bike are either from a few who were either unlucky , or they're reviews from a competitor. If you're considering this bike, you will NOT regret purchasing it.

Let me start off by telling you I am a 40 year old man who only really bikes now and then. Maybe for exercise, maybe just to be outside, I am not a bicycle hobbyist, enthusiast, and expert. I'm sub amateur. Haha just a regular joe when it comes to bikes. Now that you know where I am coming from.... The reviews that say they had stuff broken, missing etc. That sucks. It really does. I am so glad I didn't based my decision to buy on that, because I was planning on exchanging until they got it right. Anyway I did have all my pieces and nothing damaged. So it IS possible to have a great first experience. Now to the bike itself... I hate the seat. It sucks. It was difficult for me to figure out how to attach the seat to the stem. I did figure it out. But the directions didn't show my specific style. Which was odd, anyway, I had to look at my old bike for help so thankfully I had a guide. It didn't come with a kickstand, again thankfully I have an old bike, I just took it off and added it to the new. This bike in the metallic red is BEAUTIFUL!!! It rides well, I enjoyed it very much. Overall, it was not too difficult for me to put together. I did it while with my 1 year old so we had to take a break. But it didn't take me for than a few hours in total. It has been a solid experience. I'm glad I decided to buy, GREAT price for the product. I'm happy 😁 Oh and yes the 4 stars is cause I hate the seat.

This is a very good bike, especially at this price. Quality appears to be good. As with any mail order bike it needs some "Tweaking" of the brake and derailleur adjustments, but the manual shows what these should be. Once tuned the shifting is smooth and quiet. It is missing a few features, such as quick release wheels, but this is only and issue if you have to remove the wheels several times a day. Otherwise you can remove a wheel in about one minute with a 15 mm wrench. This bike has a very low step-over for a full size bike, which was my primary reason for the purchase, as I am an older male, but the frame feels solid and stable. It helps in the setup if you have some mechanical ability, or have a friend who does.

Bike wouldn't work. Chain keeps falling off. So I either have to take the time to return and purchase a new one or take to a repair shop and pay out of pocket. Ugh!! Follow up - Cost me $75 to get "tuned". I think I should get a credit or something but it is what it is. But seller never answered my calls or inquiries. Nice bike and works well NOW.

The bike appears better online than in person. I purchased this bike during the later parts of covid in 2023 because at the time it seemed to be my only way outside. As it turned out I kept the bike in my apartment for 2 years in the box before actually using it. Long story short, putting the bike together seemed simple, however I ended up having to spend an additional $120 to have it completely built, even though it says it's more than halfway built. Also, there were damages parts. Both front and back brakes. If I had more knowledge I would have definitely purchased a different bike. This one isn't it.

I was exploring options to replace my wife's bike. And availability was a challenge in these COVID times. When I saw this bike, i placed the order. Hwr, later as I started looking are reviews, where many folks complained about missing parts, bent parts, etc. I was getting nervous. When the shipment arrived, I was literally ready to have to ship it back based on all the -tive reviews. Hwr, when I opened it, I found the bike well packed, nearly completely assembled (i.e,, was able to assemble remaining parts in 20 mins flat), and has been working really well. Great seat for the price was a bonus. Overall -- great experience!

The order arrived in good time, as promised, and undamaged. I had one small problem with the bike- the "parking leg" is missing (the hole where would be installed to is there, but no leg in the whole enormous shipping box). They forgot to drop it in. Otherwise, the bike itself gets a 5*, a good buy for the price!

The bike looks nice, was lightweight and easy to assemble, but both pedals were missing, the kick stand was missing, and the bar to attach the handle bar to the bike was missing. I bought this bike for my daughters birthday. I don’t want to return the bike if I don’t have to, so is there a way to have these items sent to me? I’ve attached photos of the bike. I understand mistakes happen, but would really like the rest of the bike. Thanks.

OK basic hybrid bike-nothing special. Got it for $200 because of a few scratches on the frame so good deal....regular price was about $700 but these sell in the USA for about 250-300 (USD) so.... caveat emptor!

The reason I chose this bike was because I was looking for a walk through bike that was easy to get on to. Overall I am happy with the bike. The instructions were extremely confusing so thankfully my husband was able to put it together without reading them. A few things we came across that were concerning until we worked it out. Like previous reviews when I first rode the bike my foot constantly hit the front tire when turning. We realized when he installed the handle bars they were backwards. When he flipped it around it fixed that problem. The other issue was the breaks it took a lot of adjustments to stop them from rubbing on one side. If I didn't have him to fix it I would have taken it to a bike shop to adjust. The back reflectors that they sent do not fit, but the front one is fine. Overall I am happy with the bike. However I would suggest getting someone who is familiar with bike mechanics to help set it up because the instructions are not helpful at all.

Disappointed because the seat tilts so back it is not very adjustable so it make the crotch hurt a lot. It also doesn’t come with kick stand but it’s not hard to buy and install. I tried to change the seat but a lot of the bars on the seat doesn’t fit in this bike. Sad I had to return it

It didn't take long to assemble, but the bicycle is anything but comfortable: impossible to set seat height, pedals slip and the drivetrain is noisy. While it may an affordable bicycle, it will make you hate cycling.
