I made a mistake the first time by not letting the rings heat up. Now I spray the pan and the rings with pam and let them heat. Works perfectly every time. Super easy to clean also. They work well. The only issue I had was some of the egg whites running under the ring. I got around this by holding the ring down for a few seconds after cracking the egg into the ring. The egg whites harden around the ring quickly and stops the rest of the whites from leaking out. I was able to make five perfectly molded fried eggs in one pan. They are very easy to wash too.
