A solid product. The taste is actually very nice, which isn’t always the case with electrolyte powders. It is quite soluble, not grainy. It seems to do the job well; I felt more balanced and hydrated, especially while my body was adapting to keto. Importantly, it didn’t knock me out of ketosis. One thing to be aware of is that it’s mainly beneficial if you’re on a keto or low-carb diet, so results may vary otherwise. Overall, a good option if you need support while your body adjusts.

These are without a doubt the world’s best formulated electrolytes. The ratio between the electrolytes is the perfect blend to what your body actually requires. All other products on the market have sup-optimal ratios between them. There are no nasties or fillers or any garbage in these and they’re sweetened with stevia which will have no impact on blood sugar or insulin levels. And this mango flavours is subtle but delicious! Not to mention, compared to other brands they are actually cheaper than most others on the market! Absolute quality product!

Not keen on the taste, I prefer the other one. Makes you poo after about 30-120 minutes in my experience, which is great because I'm on the Mounjaro which constipates me and makes me very uncomfortable. This is much better than OTC laxatives, which I find to be painful (even the mild ones), whereas this just moves the bowels along non-urgently. Value is a bit mixed because it does work and the taste is *fine* but I have one scoop a day and never seem to be able to finish a tub because the moisture absorber just "fills up" before I get to that point, so about 1/4-1/5 ends up going in the bin as a clump. Would prefer there to be a half-size available (and in a small tub because there's a lot of air space inside the tub). Cherry Berry version mixes better and tastes better imo.

Did not like the taste

I've been searching for an electrolyte mix that contains Potassium and Magnesium in their citrate forms, with the right balance and no unwanted additives. After nearly a year of looking, I’m so happy to have found Keto-Pro Electrolytes. I chose the mango flavour, and it’s absolutely delicious! My mother used to suffer from chronic headaches, compounded by an aneurysm. Since incorporating these electrolytes into her daily routine, she hasn’t had a single headache in over a month! I genuinely believe this is the best electrolyte mix available, clean ingredients, effective formula, and great value for money.

Im not going to lie the mango flavour doesnt taste the nicest, if i repurchase i will get the lemon one instead. Good job at hydration, been getting less cramps (coming from a dancer with regular cramps in my feet). Came quickly, good value for money. Does have the distinctive powdery taste however, even when putting it in a shaker.

Es schmeckt nicht so gut,aber damit fühle ich mich fitter .

Als Erstes stört mich, dass zwar steht Keto, aber keine KH-Menge angegeben ist - oder so versteckt, dass ich es nicht gefundenen habe. Zweitens schäumt es extrem. Drittens ist der Geschmack nicht annähernd fruchtig für mich. Ganz, ganz schrecklich

That was so cool, it covers more water than the other electrolytes, just 1/3 of it‘s spoon for 0.5Litr
