You only get the perming lotion and neutraliser. You will need to buy the perming rods and end papers.

What exactly is in the pack?

Everything you need, there is a conditioner, perming lotion and the Neutraliser . I use it to straighten my hair, so the opposite from a perm. Works well. (Wife)

Years ago I used it it was for a lady with tinted haid dont no ingredients

Does it have to be with pladtic rollers or can i use the self grip ones?

You need to use plastic perm rollers with rubber grips. Hope this helps.
