Okay, but I liked my own homemade padsicles better.
Easy to use, yes. Felt so awesome on the postpartum lady bits when I first got home and put them in my lady diaper. But they would become itchy and uncomfortable after a while. Over time, I found that making my own padsicles with my favorite pads at home was cheaper and far more comfortable. And I would just have my pad and my ice pack in one single item in my lady diaper instead of having a whole bunch of crap stuffed in my pants. Worth just making your own ice pads from your favorite pads. Less itchy. Can have it in longer. Kills two birds with one stone.

Must have for thrush
Oh my god this product has saved my sanity. I am now 8 months pregnant and have suffered with recurrent thrush throughout my pregnancy. Nothing makes it go away and it is the most uncomfortable thing! These pads offer relief for a short period, about 20 minutes, but after this I feel “relieved” enough not to notice the itch. I was wetting facecloths and freezing them before I came across this product, this is a great improvement in terms of comfort!

Freezer pop vs perineal pop
You could buy freezer pops cheaper but these are more socially acceptable not as edible like.... definitely helped to ease the pain after birth! You put them on top of the pad so don't put one if you can't change your pad for a little while as you may leak as the cover you put the popsicles in aren't absorbent assuming you are using these whilst the post labour painters and decorators are in!!

Used for boobs not bum
Didn't use for perineal pain, but they were a god send to stick in the bra for when milk comes in!
