Fits well and easy to install
Cut to length with a utility knife, Pulled old vinyl from aluminum threshold and easily inserted new one. Took under 5 minutes👍

Not the correct replacement, but it works well and the previous identical one lasted 30+ years.
This was bought in the hope that it was, at least, identical to the old one that's been in this door threshold for over 30 years. The correct version for my door thresholds appear to be discontinued, but these work well, as evidenced by how long the previous one lasted. Now I need to buy 2 more to repair the other two doors that have the same version threshold. These doors aren't used as often and the Threshold inserts in them are well over 45 years, since they were here and in use well before I bought the place.

Good product and quality, the insert did not fit due to being too high for door to close. My original thresh hold plate is good quality and condition so took a chance hoping it would fit. Made modifications which are fine but had to take a loss on this one or maybe use with another door in the house or garage. Would definitely buy again if needed.

I had a hard time finding the right one as this house is older. Finally found the right one. Didn't know what kind or brand threshold I had. Read reviews that said this worked for their older houses so I gave it a go. Went in easily. The hard part was taking the old one out that was hard and brittle and over 30yrs old. That took a couple hours. This went in like a glove in about a min 😮👏

I was thrilled to find a replacement insert for my threshold door seal…I was expecting to replace the whole unit. The rubber seal is high quality, easy to cut with a sharp blade…didn’t have to cut off much. After reading product reviews & installation notes, I took care to clean the metal base well, and I used a little soapy water as a lubricant to help with installation…it fit perfectly, and I’m very happy with the end result…a functional door seal that will last for many years!

Used this product to replace a damaged threshold for my customerAnother contractor replaced the original Threshold with 2 36 inch thresholds, they were of different height and the left door did not seal properly. I ordered this thresholds vinyl replacement to replace the old vinyl in the old frameVinyl was very tight to pull through, sprayed soap in the tracks while pulling. Overall perfect replacement for the old threshold. I would recommend this product.
