Truly the Best Insoles for Foot Pain
I have been wearing Superfeet Green insoles now for nearly a decade. I have tried other brands, and even other models of Superfeet insoles (blue, berry, copper, and orange), but none of them have worked as well. At least in my experience, the build and quality of these insoles have remained the same every time I have replaced them.I tried these for the first time about 10 years ago when I developed a serious case of plantar fasciitis. It was bad. My job at the time required a lot of walking and my feet just couldn't handle it. Someone recommended that I try Superfeet, and at first I had no idea which of the insoles they make would be best for me. I have very low arches that are borderline flat, so naturally I first tried insoles for my actual foot type. They were ok but didn't really make a difference with my pain. So I decided to try the Green even though it was advertised for high arches. THAT is when I discovered my soul mate was a shoe insole.Everyone is different but let me tell you what to more or less expect if you've never used these before. These are not your typical cushiony, pillowy insoles that make you feel like you're walking on air. These are solid, and the foam is very dense and firm. I can see why this may put some people off; after all, at first feel they seem like they'll only make foot pain WORSE, not better. And truth be told, they DO hurt if you're not used to them. Seems counterintuitive, right? It's important to be aware that this initial discomfort is NORMAL and very common amongst first time users. In the beginning you may feel frustrated for having spent this much on insoles that seem to make the pain worse. But trust me, you NEED to give them time to break in. Your feet are likely not accustomed to this level of support, and yet that's exactly what those feet need. Especially if you have flat feet or low arches. These insoles force your feet into a more arched position which at first feels completely unnatural. But flat and low arches can bring on issues like knee and hip pain from taking on more weight that is more evenly distributed by those with normal arches. So yes, they are uncomfortable at first. You need to ease into them at your own pace. Wear them for an hour a day, then two hours, and so forth, and eventually the pain will not only go away, but you'll be amazed at what a huge difference they make. I use them in my everyday walking shoes as well as my running and trail shoes. No matter what the activity is, these insoles allow me to do it pain free. There are a few things to be aware of though that can't really be changed. Because they are so firm and don't really have any "give" when weight is applied, it COULD potentially change the way your shoe fits. These fit nicely into my medium width shoes as well as my wide fit shoes, but the fit is snug. It also will raise your heel somewhat. I've never found them to raise it so high that the shoe is unwearable though, and my feet still feel secure in the shoe. In fact, this slight heel raise has actually helped me wear shoes I couldn't before because of heel rubbing. These lift my heels just enough so that I no longer have that issue. The one thing I don't like is that these insoles can potentially change the performance of the shoe. For example, I have a great pair of running shoes that have a "springy" heel which feels really great when I do speed runs. But the springy-ness is noticeably dulled when using these insoles. Superfeet make a different insole that is specifically designed for runners, but nothing has been as good as the Green for pain relief and support. And ultimately that's more important to me.Hopefully this information helps you in your insole search quest. Remember, have patience, break them in and don't give up on them the first day. Your aching feet will thank you later and you'll wonder how you survived all this time without them.

Superfeet GREEN Insoles: A High-Arch Hero's Review
As someone with high arches and chronic foot fatigue, finding decent insoles has been a quest filled with fallen arches and dashed hopes. But then, I met the Superfeet All-Purpose High Arch insoles (Green), and let me tell you, they're game-changers!The Good:Arch Angel: These insoles provide the perfect amount of support for my high arches. The deep heel cup and sculpted arch cradle my feet like a supportive hug, reducing fatigue and alleviating those nagging aches.Shock Absorber: Say goodbye to heel strike woes! The high-density foam absorbs impact beautifully, making even long walks or standing stints feel like a breeze. My knees and lower back are thanking me profusely.Trim Time: The trim-to-fit feature is a lifesaver! No more struggling to find the perfect size for my slightly-wider-than-average feet. A quick snip with scissors, and voila, an insole that fits like a glove.Odor Ousting: The moisture-wicking top cover keeps my feet feeling fresh and odor-free, even after a long day on the go. No more smelly shoe nightmares!Durable Duo: Built to last, these insoles have held up to my daily grind remarkably well. The quality materials and construction show, giving me confidence they'll be supporting my arches for a long time to come. The Not-So-Good:Pricey Ponies: These insoles come at a premium price tag. While worth the investment in my opinion, it might make some buyers hesitate.Breaking In Blues: There was a slight adjustment period as my feet got used to the increased support. A few days of minor aches were a small price to pay for the long-term relief, though.Overall:The Superfeet All-Purpose High Arch insoles are a top-notch choice for anyone with high arches or foot fatigue. They provide exceptional support, comfort, and odor control, making them a worthy investment in your foot health and overall well-being. Sure, the price might sting a bit, but the difference they've made in my daily life is priceless.Happy feet, happy life!

I purchased another pair!
I have planter fasciitis. These work great!!!!! An honest podiatrist told me put these in everything including slippers. No walking or standing on hard surfaces. It took a little over a week and no more pain! Sure beats custom orthotics! I recently tried some other insoles that were advertised for planter fasciitis but they were soft and squishy, lacked support and made me feel as if I could easily twist my ankle, so while these are pricey I will not be trying other brands again!

They take some time to adjust to
The arch of the foot is extremely high, take the next step down if you have any hesitation on whether you have a high or mid arched foot. Even though the arch is significant I still maintain fully natural sense of stability while standing in these.Pain relief is wonderful after breaking them in, however when first using the insoles it was uncomfortable due to how drastically these will reposition your foot compared to standard insoles; Be ready to rough through a few days before you're used to your new stance.Their quality seemed low out of the box, and the hand touch is not coushined or memory foam. It's made from a harder, more durable material. They have a seperate line of insoles for a softer feel. After consistent wear, I can only assume the material only seems to be of a poor quality but in actuality holds up quite well!Lastly, the thickness is high in the heel and arch of the foot, so much so that I can not recommend these for shallow shoes; They'd likely make the shoe fit poorly or not at all. Towards the toe it narrows flat like a standard insoles would be.

Excellent Product
Great foot support. You should go to a local running shoe store to find out what kind you need the first time you purchase though. Tends to creak after a while though

Comfortable
Grab then when on sale, just as comfortable as my custom made orthotics, I would recommend these over their black pair (made for thinner, lower profile shoes) these give you the most support - tried them in my Chuck Taylor’s, they fit fine, to each their own however

Gran soporte

Seit Jahren meine Top-Einlagen beim Wandern. Sehr leicht und dabei Formstabil.
