Do you know if the bearing inner side is sealed or not? I noticed a grease fitting on the rim. greasing it won't do any good if its race is sealed.

Yes the bearings on the set that I purchased earlier this year were sealed. The grease fitting is useless on those 4 tires. Also the bolts loosened up when in use, the bolt holes were oversized for the bolts used by the manufacturer, when tightening the existing bolts the wheel locked up, etc. . After redrilling the bolt holes, using proper bolts with locking nuts and shimming rim they work fine. The two spares I recently purchased appear to have been modified but I have not put them into use yet.

how does the 12mm axel bolt compar with the 1/2 bolt in size?

There is not much difference at all but the 12mm bolt is .028 smaller than the 1/2" bolt about the thickness of an business card,

Are these the same 10" wheels that came with my TC910 Caroni 93" mower 15 years ago?

I think they may a poor replacement,they only lasted for 2 mows and the bearing went out.I mow 4 acres but this was junk I tried again with the same results.Then I ordered from Agri Supply and now have great results they sell all parts for Caroni mowers.

Didn't last one mowing

I mow just under five acres. This wheel didn't last that long. When I bolted it up I noticed quite a bit of play in the bearings but no way of adjusting it out. I didn't figure it would last the summer. Boy was I wrong. I doubt it was even 4 hrs. Pure trash in my estimation. Don't waste your money on this one.
