These are off-the-beaten-path colors, and aren't too dark to see what you've highlighted, despite their boldness. I don't like the box. It was too tight and getting them out was difficult. I opted for throwing out the box and storing these in a zipper bag. Decent deal for the price. Don't bleed through, as promised.

These are by far my favorite highlighters for Bible study! The muted pastel colors are beautiful, the chisel tip is super precise, and best of all—they don’t bleed through my thin Bible pages. I love these highlighters! They are perfect for Bible journaling as they do not bleed through the pages at all (front and back of same page pictured for reference). They come in the cutest colors and they even have sweet sayings on each one for encouragement. I would highly recommend these, they are a great value for the price!
