Great substitute for peanut butter! My son's class doesn't allow peanut butter because some children are allergic. I bought this and gave it to him at home and he didn't notice the difference! Now this can be an option for his lunchbox.

Delicious without added sugar or salt. I have found many uses in both sweet and savory dishes. Better value than almond or cashew butter.Note to Amazon: "Sheerness" is a weird attribute to rate for a butter.

I've tasted better Sunflower Butter, but this is acceptable and not overpriced. Sodium level is not excessively high, but you may still need to watch out depending on your own requirements. Has enough flavor that cutting down on the amount used to save on sodium won't make a huge difference.
