Apple iPhone 8 Plus, US Version, 64GB, Silver - AT&T (Renewed)

I bought two of these at one time for me and my husband. They came as described, one had minor scratches on the bottom but nothing that you can instantly see. I’m very detailed so I noticed it. The battery percentage is okay, I think mines dies pretty fast, but then again I have alot of apps and I’m always on my phone so that could be the problem. My husband can’t hear when someone calls him now, it was working fine when set up but now he can barley hears when someone calls.. when I Google it, i noticed alot of the same phones does this.. my phone volume seem to be okay when making calls, and I ended up he the one with minor scratches on it… Shipping was fast, and the phone is unlocked and compatible with my carrier. Other than that, I love the phone ,worth the price.

Bought this Apple iPhone 8 Plus on Amazon from amazon seller Hybrid IT. This iPhone looks brand new and in mint condition! Runs great! Easy transfer from old iphone. Insert my tello sim card and was getting 4G LTE cellular coverage. Calls, sms txts, imessage txts, and data internet all work. And of course the wifi internet works -- including wifi calling. Camera works. Touch ID works. It's iPhone and therefore it should all work. The battery health is at least 80% in battery capacity -- but I'll most likely get a new battery for this iPhone. Comes with a lightning cable and a charger plug -- and that all works -- plus the wireless charging works also. The included invoice packing slip receipt says this iphone was apparently a demo -- and so me thinks that explains why this iphone is in like excellent mint condition (except for the 80% capacity battery) -- and was able to immediately update this iphone to iOS 16.7.2 which was recently released just a day ago on Oct.24,2023! So Apple is still providing at least security updates support for this iPhone. Very Pleased. Very Happy to get this iPhone. Thanks Amazon and Hybrid IT.

The phone I ordered was exactly what I received. There were absolutely no scratches on the front or back, which was awesome. It came without a SIM card, so should be unlocked (we just use it on wifi for now) , completely reset, and ready to go. The only issue, which really isn't an issue, is that the battery is only at 75% capacity. This is the minimum standard, that's why it's not really an issue, only mentioned because I was just hoping it would've/could've been a little better. But it's fine. Battery life is a little below average, expected for being received at 75%. We'll just have to replace it sooner. The phone functions great, is beautiful, and gets many compliments since I purchased a clear case for it.

I originally wrote a review that was not accurate due to my failure to contact the company to try and resolve an issue. The company reached out to me and offered to correct the problem immediately. They sent a replacement phone, apologized that the first was defective, and discounted the product. I did not expect that. They kept their word. The replacement arrived in one day I activated it with no problem and returned the defective one with the return label they provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I also would like to apologize for not reaching out to them first.

Only thing I did not like was the relative battery percentage starting off at about 85% realistically wanted 90 or 95%.

I was hesitant to try another seller for another refurbished iPhone, as my other two purchases with other retailers were terrible experiences (Black Market and Noble Planet via WalMart), so I actually expected to have to send this one back as well. Order arrived much sooner than anticipated, it arrived unharmed and excellent cosmetic condition. The issue I had with the previous phones I purchased was the ear piece speaker (when making phone calls) being so low I could barely hear the person on the line, I had sent the phones back for replacements, Black Market just issued me a refund and Noble Planet claimed they sent a new phone but is was just the same one (same IMEI#) with a different serial number. Soo.. I had to switch my service plan over to this phone to test it, and while the ear piece speaker volume is low and a little muffled, it appears this is a common problem with refurbished iPhones. I took it to an Apple store and the tech did a diagnostic on it, telling me the entire screen will need to be replaced as with Apple products "nothing is easy," giving me an estimate of $225-275 to replace it - more than I paid for the phone. I contemplated whether I really wanted to keep it, as I purchased the 245gb specifically for keeping the phone a while, meaning I would eventually have to pay this large cost and replace the screen OR send another phone back and wait for a replacement (and hope I do indeed get a replacement) or just give up and buy another Android. I opted to keep the phone as the speaker is OK for now, and I'll just save for the repair at a later time. All in all, either I have bad luck with phones or this is just how refurbished phones go. Oddly enough, I purchased my husband's phone from this seller first, and his ear piece speaker is in much better condition than mine. So, maybe I do just have bad luck. Sigh.

I really like the iPhone eight and has had various ones throughout the last few years but I really needed one with 256 GB and I was very pleased to find this on Amazon. Fully refurbished for a great deal of price. It has lasted very long and works truly effectively and it is a great price for having the same quality of iPhone without having to dish out monumental amounts of cash.

I got an excellent condition refurbished iphone 8 and I cannot tell if its actually new or not. Its perfectly clean with no marks on it, no dust in it, and runs like new. This is better quality than direct through verizon, and cheaper too. I’m grateful I found a better iphone 8 than what I have gotten from major service providers. I looked through a lot of sellers and reviews, and this seller seems to be very trustworthy, which is hard to find in phone resellers. Buying through here and receiving a perfect phone on my first try also made me very happy

Llego en buen estado los dos dispositivos pero lamentablemente no tiene true tone significa que no es la pantalla original llegaron muy bien de batería pero ese fue el detalle me los quedaré pero si agradecería qur no pongan en la publicación que trae true tone cuando ya no lo trae

I ordered this with a bit of trepidation but it is absolutely amazing. It’s just like new and fulfills my every need.

The phone is in great condition and the screen is a good size for him. He likes the button on the bottom of the phone, hence the reason why I went with the iPhone 8+Issue: The receiver is quiet and muffled. I compared it to the volume on my iPhone 11 and it only goes about half the volume. This is a huge problem for him as his hearing is not the best anymore and this phone makes it much more challenging for him.Not sure what we can do other than ship it back and I will need to move his SIM back to his iPhone 6 for now.This is a pain for myself as he is 1.5 hours away.
