CPI HD Screen Unlocked Cell (Pale Gray)

This is very disappointing to write. I had my previous phone for 4 years which was purchased on Amazon. I thought that I need an upgrade as well there is now a red line in the phone from a recent fall. This line is very visible in photos taken.. I saw this phone, went over the specifications more than once so I didn't miss anything and read all the reviews.I felt satisfied and decided to purchase. This must be a bad batch because 1. The phone looked like they had it for 10years. It also look bigger in size than the actual pictures on Amazon. I looked passed that still wanting to keep the phone. 2. The Gmail icon did not come on the phone. I though all androids come with Gmail. So, I went to the play store to download it. This was not even on the instruction paper included. Yes, it was a paper thingy. 3. The set up was like an exam. Over 48 hours! I got frustrated so many times. 4. The picture quality is a hot mess and I bought the phone based on the picture specs. It's not crisp. When zoomed in I can see like other colours. 5. The touch is not responsive. I tried it with the stick and it's worse. I went back to fingers. Still after all this I was going to keep the phone based on my usage which is medium.... but then ..6. The speaker is not Speaking. ..lol That's where I was like what did I buy? I use my speakers for recordings and listen back.. it sounded like something is broken and it requires tuning.Refund please.

This smartphone is an absolute powerhouse! The [Phone Model] handles multitasking effortlessly – I can stream music while editing documents and still switch to gaming without lag. Nice looking phone. The picture quality and zoom quality wasn't what reviews bragged about. But wait I've spent the last few days trying to activate this phone with different carriers still not activated. It's not compatible I'm going to need a refund. Don't buy this phone if you want to waste days time and energy along with money. And boost said it will only run on one of there networks not both and it needs both.

The media could not be loaded. For that much storage it should not be lagging like this it keeps shutting down and when I first unlocked it everything was in Spanish for some reason the loading takes forever when I opened mine I noticed the wallpaper would stop a few seconds in for some reason when I switched it to English things were spelt wrong and you know that's bad cause I can't spell I can't keep the phone on for more than a minute or two the phone sucks and I want my money back not worth it

Easy to use

I needed a new phone but couldn't afford to spend an arm and a leg. This phone seems like a decent option for low cost. Unfortunately, it randomly shuts off. Now that it is packaged for return, I am hearing it randomly shut off and turn back on. I plan to reorder and hope this one is just defective.

Garbage with in a month of use while watching videos the pixels went crazy making it impossible to see,the video.as well as certain apps I was unavailable to open ...just said Google play store is updating ,while sitting next to me was old phone able to open apps,as well as my daughter's phone open to said apps.....

Was browsing for a cost effective android alternative as I don't care to have the "newest release" phone by the brand etc, just needed something functional with good storage and camera options. Phone came looking functional, took it to Verizon commercial to get activated for service and they told me both IMEI numbers on this device were invalid - do not buy !
