The case works great in normal use for everyday and does its job of protecting the headphones from scratching. I work in the field often and the only downside to the case is that dirt does seem to find its way in between the case and cover. Cleaning that area after a few times seems to lose the stickyness of the double-sided tape from the cover. Not a major drawback but would be nice to come up with a different way to keep the cover from getting dirt inside. Still good cover.

Carabiner broke literally the first time I put it on the case. Now I have to buy another caribiner to be able to use this case. I should have just gotten one with better reviews, but I liked the look of this one. It also doesn’t fit the case perfectly there’s a small gap between the top and bottom of the case. Def wouldn’t buy this again.

It does what I got it for. The ear bud charger/holder case is very slippery for me. And the black color gets it lost in the back ground. So I got this little neoprene cover. However, it doesn't completely cover the top, as you can see in the first of the photos. What I didn't find was any instructions showing me anything about how to use it. Now, it was dead simple to install my earbud case into the cover, what I didn't notice was the little piece of paper in the top that covers a small amount of tacky stuff around the window that you can see the JBL logo though in first photo. It would have been nice if there were some instructions that pointed this out, maybe just a small piece of paper, or printed on the packaging. I would have liked to have some of this stuff in/on the bottom half. Later I may see about getting some double sided tape and add it myself. So, it's not perfect, but it does what I wanted it to do. Note, double check your package when you get it, I had to return the first one, as what was in the package, was not what I ordered, even though the outside of the package had the correct description, it was the wrong color and missing the tool. The replacement was correct.

This case cover and cleaner kit for the JBL Live Pro 2 is excellent. The protective cover fits perfectly, keeps the earbuds safe from drops and scratches, and feels durable. The cleaner kit helps keep the case and earbuds in great condition

Cut the plastic off the rear of the case after installing the rubber & it works wonderful. This would probably cut the returns down drastically. 😎 They should send me a free case for my second JBL set I use at work—after reading this. 😉
