The best posture brace I have tried.
I have tried many posture braces and this one is the best. I have arthritis in my upper back and a shoulder that was pulled forward. This brace doesn't hold your shoulders back by itself, it reminds you to sit up straight and is uncomfortable if you slump. I work 10 hour days in front of a computer and if I don't wear it I get a headache by the end of the day. It is important not to wear it too long at first, but now I wear it all day. The reason I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they changed the design somewhat since I got my first one. My chiropractor fitted me with a small, with an extender to get it around me, since I have narrow shoulders but am rather wide around. It had narrower straps and more velcro on the shoulder straps so you could adjust them a lot. Now the small has the same wide straps as the other sizes and very limited amount of velcro to adjust the shoulders. So I had to go up to a medium, which still works pretty well for me, but doesn't fit me quite as well as the small with an extender. If you have a normal build them all the sizes will probably work for you.

Very uncomfortable while working
My job is fairly physical. It involves a lot of upper body movement. I think I would like this brace a lot more if I had a desk job. It is comfortable when I first put it on in the morning, but within minutes of moving about at work, this brace gets very uncomfortable. The edge of the velcro straps dig into my skin, no matter how I readjust them. I've tried wearing it tight. I've tried wearing it loose. Nothing helps. At the end of the day, I not only have badly chafed marks on my skin, but my shoulders and armpits are black, as if the dye from the brace is rubbing off onto my skin. The only positive I can get from using this brace is that my back pain is reduced while wearing it.

I did not have this issue but I can easily see where a person of a heavier build could ...
" This really helps to keep your posture. The first day I wore it all day and did not have any raw marks or back aches/pain. I'm 5'9", 150 lb. female with 38D chest and ordered a size Med in black. I can wear it under loose fit dark clothing and you really cannot see it. I think it's working for me. I am going to order a second for my younger teenage son who has posture problems. I read in previous reviews that people complained of raw marks near their pectoral muscle - all you have to do is adjust the device, I did not have this issue but I can easily see where a person of a heavier build could if they did not adjust the straps. I love it and recommend it.

It Helps
Bought this for a relative, and she said the black dye bled onto her white blouse. (I don't know, just repeating what she told me) She told me to give it 2 stars, but I'm taking the liberty to give it 3 stars just because the person I bought it for is an old crank.

Disappointed.
This is a very steep price for a product that does very little, if anything at all. I have been using it well over a month, and I have yet to realize the value of using it. Before purchasing, I watched the vendor's video on YouTube. It appeared to be a product that would help me improve my posture, but I have not found that to be the case. Also, the neck support shown in the video was not included. I don't recommend this item, especially considering the price.

I see many conditions related to poor posture due to working on computers
Being a chiropractor myself I deem it necessary to try anything before recommending it to my patients. This product is an everyday must have.I see many conditions related to poor posture due to working on computers, cell phones, long commutes to work, etc.. that all contribute to poor/bad posture and pain.Bax-U has become my favorite go-to posture device. Its high quality, efficient design and engineering demonstrate its forward thinking.I have my family using it and now recommend it to all my patients.

The Black Bleeds
While this posture aid does just that—nudges the wearer into good posture with gentle pressure to help keep the shoulders back—it has a deadly flaw. I ordered the black and wore it over a very nice lime green t-shirt. I then went biking later in the day and sweated quite a bit. When I went to change I found that my sweat ha caused a significant amount of the color in the black satin to bleed onto my shirt. I don't yet know if the shirt can be saved but certainly a posture support meant for use during physical activity (riding, which often makes one sweat) should be able to withstand some sweat without ruining anything it touches.

Feeling a difference within a week of getting it!
At first I was skeptical about posture correctors. However, after doing much research on which one to test out, I’m glad I went with this one. I’ve been wearing it for 1-3 hours a day to train myself to sit up straight and it’s been great so far. Even when i’m not wearing it, I can feel myself sitting and standing straight. The guide that came with the BAX-U wasn’t the greatest, so I researched on my own. This is a more helpful guide: [...]It’s worth a try :)
