Used one chisel for 15 minutes and it snapped in the chuck - don't waste your money

I used the wide chisel for 15 minutes and it snapped within the chuck, so *very* poor quality. Customer service at powertools isn't up to much either as two days and still awaiting a response - bad experience so my recommendation is don't waste your money on this cheap stuff.
