Delicious and low carbs
A while ago I bought this items with chocolate flavours and was amazing. My 2nd order is a cafe latte and is so good.Taste amazing and is great have it after the gym.

Awesome product
The product arrived on time. As a GB level athlete, i strive to use the best products and Applied Nutrition ISO XP is the best of it's kind. It's flavour is great, it mixes well and i maintain good strength levels and lean muscle with it.

ISO XP Whey protein isolate
Good protein but very expensive. Also, be prepared to go to the toilette within half an hour of consuming it. I tried cafe late and chocolate peanut, taste is ok but not as good as other brands.

Avoid this flavour.
Ive been using the chocolate flavour for some time now but price hikes are quite annoying so wanted a cheaper one. Chose this cafe latter flavour as it was considerably cheaper. Unfortunately it has made my stomach very stuffy and has caused constipation. Its very clumpy and doesnt mix well at all. Also doesnt taste like whatever cafe late was supposed to be but its not a nasty taste. Avoid this before it ruins your stomach.
