There are many feedback with fake, not genuine, etc etc issues. But to say if you order from proper seller you get genuine toner. Was very skeptical after reading other reviews but gave it a shot with proper seller and it turned out ok.I got one from Appario Retail and its working good. To say getting original toner is far better than refill or other brands toner.No issues like, molten plastic near chip, different toner build, printer not accepting, fake seal etc. Beware of fake catridge sellers here, those create troubles.P.S. Quality do comes at a price. So do not expect wonders at low cost. You will end up complaining and rating 1 or 2.1. Upon installation, printer accepted it properly with message "Products installed" message on printer display, web panel shows 100% capacity with 1200 pages remaining, and proper serial no is also displayed in panel2. Print quality is also up to mark and no issues on first usage. (Will update review after some days of usage, see below)3. Hologram ok4. No any issues as such.

The worst thing happened ever. The label on the box shows genuine product. Later, the cartridge started printed dots on the paper and my printer showed an the following error "10.1000 supply memory error". Further, I took the cartridge to HP replacement centre. The concerned person at the centre gave me a letter in writing stating that the product is a non-hp product. It was delivered by supplier named ' Krishna Enterprise'. You managed to fool us.
