high quality and exceptional service throughout the company.
I purchased a grapevine plant. My past experiences with other companies was very disappointing to say the least. This time I ordered from Pixies farm. The plant had to go from Georgia to Massachusetts. To my surprise, it was a well taken care of beautiful plant! Looked as though I bought it down the street instead of 10 states away. It was delivered in a heartbeat. The price was half of what I paid form other companies that gave me dead beat up plants. I will be doing all my business with them from now on. Another check mark is when you e-mail them they get back to you in hours instead of days. Awesome experience.Michael McG.

Healthy plant
The plant arrived well packed and still wet in the pot. It is healthy and sprouting new shoots. Time will tell once we get it into the ground but as far as shipping and product quality, we feel it met our expectations. Planting and care instructions were included as well as a coupon for future purchases. It is difficult to find seedless concords and online seemed the only option. Will re-review once it gets going in the our orchard but so far so good.

dead vines, Pixies Gardens customer support not responding
I am hoping Pixies Gardens will start answering one of their published phone lines or customer support email queues so that I can speak with someone about getting replacement vines or a refund for their dormant vines that never sprouted one leaf. Over a $100 order and not one single leaf, or one single response. I have given them over a week to since my first attempt to contact them, and nothing. Grape vines to the left and to the right put in the ground at the same time are now thriving. I will give it another week (maybe they are on vacation???), then I will update this review with the outcome.

First year review.
I live in Muskegon Michigan where it’s temperate then very much not for about 4 months. niagra and concord are pretty much all that will grow here. Good news, they didn’t die after planting. Better news, they grew a foot up the training strings and are 6” from my trellis. It’s only 4’ high so not crazy exciting. No grapes yet probably for another year or more but we’ll see next summer

A++++++++++++++++++++++Efforts
I appreciate the thought and efforts applied to safely ship those beautiful grapes all the way to the tundra of the United States of America. That entailed a great deal of work. Well done and thank you. I desired your Concord grape vines for my husband’s and my 20th year Wedding Anniversary. This was a very special purchase and the great care and handling of the plants was as I’ve mentioned above greatly appreciated.

Alive, but not very healthy.
The pant arrived in good packaging. However, all of the leaves were spotted and in bad shape. There is some new vine growth after a few days, so I think it will do ok with some tlc.

Packaged well and still alive. Plus, a following Spring UPDATE!
Packaged really well and taped to one end so that no matter how it was turned, it stayed safe. Damp tissue around soil in pot taped down kept it alive while shipping. I left It in the pot for a couple days to adjust and planted into compost soil. It’s doing great! I will update with a photo sometime. Thanks for a true to description product, looking forward to watching it grow.UPDATE: Like the other reviewer, my plant has gone dormant. I’ll update in the Spring if it survives.UPDATE 5/20/22 (the Spring after purchase) IT'S BLOOMING and BUDDING! New photos added. So excited. Thank you!

shipped fast, looks healthy
the plant shipped fast and arrived on great condition, it was healthy enough to transplant after a couple of days after arriving (probably could have done it same day but I let it adapt a little before hand), after a week it's still doing great. Hopefully it will survive a Wyoming winter.
