Know what you get
Advantage 1. Cost Effective 2. Good enough for people with less utensils 3. High end features 4. Table top in Kitchen- So no hassle of moving utensils Disadvantage 1. Does not clean hard stains effectively. 2. Does not clean effectively atleast 10% of Utensils put in the machine mostly heavily soiled. 3. Can only use SS and glass utensils. But Dishwashing time has reduced from 1 hour to just 10 minutes for my family. This can wash most Dishes but not all. Helps reduce time in washing dishes. So, do not purchase with very high expectation as all Dishwasher has this disadvantage.

Pathetic after sales service of Midea
My recently purchased (13.07.2025) countertop dishwasher stopped working on 28.11.2025 . I locked a call with the service center on 29.11.2025 and then promptly diagnosis was done as faulty inlet valve and faulty pcb . The Service engineer visited on 13.12.2025 and started the unit . He didnt replace any parts (which were envisaged to be replaced ) and instructed to use the unit. During the use it is observed that water is leaking from the dishwasher unit and we have stopped using the dishwasher immediately. The only Action requested from Midea was to "Kindly make arrangements for making the defective product good " in which Midea has failed miserably and I am not able to use the product for around 1 month and counting.

This product is excellent, compact in size ,but monster at work , reasonably decent price.with high end features like ,time delay,auto power cut start etc....... Join the team MIDEA....all the best

Great for the price
The machine is compact and service is responsive. The cleaning performance is also satisfactory.

Ok
ok performance. It doesn’t clean milk vessels well, so I still wash them separately. Installation took three days with multiple follow ups, and having the tap outlet ready is important to avoid extra charges. Hoping it works well in the long run.

Total Value for Money Dishwasher.
An Awesome Purchase. Has memory feature , goes back to specific time slot during power outage. Pretty comfortable for my family of 4 with mostly small vessels. Product quality is really good. It’s a steal at this price point for the quality and functionality. Note: I dot have Kaveri water at home and just uses one 3rd of a finish tablet and finish rinsing agent.

Worst dishwasher ,waste of money
Waste of money, do not buy this product, support is also not proper,service persons are not responding to multiple calls. Dishwasher has major issues with cleaning properly, very bad product,please do not buy,it spoils your new utensils as well.
