The syringe squirts syrup and creates a mess with drops all over the place every time we try to give the syrup to our little one. Never had this kind of problem with other baby syrups and syringes. Bought the syrup for an infant diarrhea problem and it doesn't seem to help as well. I usually trust Dr. Talbot's products but this was a disappointment.

I used Mylicon for 1 year and it seemed to work fine but this one is instant for my 1 year old! It really helps to calm his stomach. I would continue using this.
