Don’t wast your money! First one I ordered didn’t work at all. Sent it back but ordered a second one. (I’m a slow learner). My husband used it about 5 times…..doesn’t work at all now. Just past the 30 day return date.

Probably good if you have a BIG shoulder. Too big for me, gave it to my brother.
