The sheets worked perfectly making bookmarks on my G2 Max 50w. perfect thickness for the bookmark once the design was finished, edge clean up and polished!

Relatively clean and accurate. I used a digital micrometer and the thickness of all three pieces was spot on. Both sides of each piece were covered in protective plastic film. When peeled back, the surface was not pristine, but rather scratched - not enough to damage the piece or be a real problem, but enough that you will need to polish it if you're looking for something that is, say, going to be used in a high-visibility place. But, still a pretty good value for them money, IMO.

The 6"x6" brass metal sheets are nicely packed and protected but, the problem is that they are not 6"x6" as advertised. They are actually 5.9" x 5.9", 0.1" short on both dimensions. This is not wooden lumber so there is no excuse for not having exact measurements. I gave it 1 star because they don't meet the basic truth in advertising requirements. I also ordered the 18ga metal and the same problem existed. I guess it's standard procedure for this company to cut it short. Amazon Prime why is this Ok? Probably not a problem for a lot of customers but, for my precise electronic application I needed the 6". Very disappointed!

I was happy with the brass I received. It was on-dimension, not scratched, with the protective film intact. The brass surface is a mill finish, neither polished or grained, you can finish as you like. I plan to use these for photo-etched nameplates for my various projects.
