I love these!!! Highly recommend! These are fabulous if you struggle with plantar fascia and or heel bone spurs. Theyre kinda sticky at the bottom to stay in place without moving around while you move around. The longer i wear these the less my feet and legs hurt. Wearing every day they last about three months. They fit well in sneakers, loafers, heels, and flats too.

I use these gel heel cups in all of my shoes. It makes them much more comfortable.

These heel cups are nice and thick and provide great cushioning for plantar fasciitis. But they are very wide, so don't fit into some of my shoes. They work in my new balance running shoes, but not in my every day shoes.

I had a problem with using these in my gym shoes...they didn't stay in place when my feet started to sweat.

I got these for my plantars fasciitis. Wore them for about a week and was very hopeful but the lip on the part that goes under the arch is not tapered enough and very noticeable. It was causing my more pain than relief and felt like my sock was always under my foot. I also felt like it wasn't any softer than my shoe although it was very squishy.

I didn’t liked the product due to its poor quality. I had worn it for just a couple of days and it is already getting cracked. Not worth it. Better to buy some quality products.

Feeling Better than before after using the product. No Heel Pain & No Standing Fatigue. Thanks to the product & the creator.

Trap, dont buy! Very cheap material, hence very poor padding, in fact it is hard not soft. That wasn't my biggest concern, till I learnt that it is not eligible for return.
