My teech had some plaque and I noticed it changed to whiter. I read why it cleans the teeth and I found it is used in dental procedures. It gives energy, and I use it for a course of month 10 mg a day in the morning. I think 10 mg is good to protect the probiotics in your stomach since it is anti microbial substances. Do not take it at night which you may not sleep.
