It's good but can't be said to be the best because it cancels the background noise but still catches to some extent. It compromises with your original voice quality but very little, so that's a trivial thing. But I would suggest if you have a budget and want better voice quality for making YouTube videos of next level to the beginner one, then try to spend a little more and go for any other otherwise you can start with it and continue till you can afford. It absolutely works fine and meets the description.

Bought these to use for simple videos shot on my phone for casual content creation jobs. Super convenient and haven't had any issues so far. Definitely not the highest-end professional audio quality, but it gets the job done well enough. Especially considering how affordable the set was. Even the expensive DJI mics (which I highly recommend if you want to upgrade, you can 100% hear the difference) have skipped out on me when plugged into my phone, whereas this set never has. I also love that you can toss them in your car or bag to have them as backup. Overall perfect for entry/casual level creators!
