If you need stop the inflation at any time, press the START/STOP button again.

I took my blood pressure measurement and forgot to open my Heart Track App. What happens to my measurement?

Your monitor will store up to 60 measurement sets automatically. If the data in your monitor exceeds 60, the oldest data will be deleted to make space. Once you open the Heart Track App any previous measurement will be saved in the log history.

Nothing is appearing on the display, even when the power is turned on. What should I do?

There may be an issue with your batteries. Please check the battery placement first and if the problem persists, try replacing the 4 AA batteries. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to the Manufacturer for further assistance.
