This is the holy grail. I ran out of liquid Iv pouches and opted to buy a box of these pedialyte bottles. Worth the bucks. Hydrated me well, the taste was meh, helped me when I was sick or on days I feel yucky.

Great taste. Works great to reduce cramping
I drink this at least once a week. And every time I hike or go on long motorcycle rides. My only complaint is that it contains a lot of sugar. In fairness, I don’t know if that is needed as an electrolyte or only for taste. If only for taste, they should reduce the sugar.

Use this to recover after getting out of the hospital
I use this drink to reinvigorate my body after a hospital visit. It truly will refresh your body. I went in specifically because I had low Potassium (and sodium) . This stuff replenishes and does make you feel less ill and it helps recover you quicker.
