This is going to sound like a fake review, but it is not. I tried other anti snoring devices. Tight things to hold you mouth shut. None worked. I snored every night and my wife would tell me every morning how bad it was. She was ready to move to the guest bedroom. She would wake me up 4-5 times a night to roll me off my back. I bought this and we both laughed because it looks so stupid. I started using it maybe 3 weeks ago. Guess what? I have not snored even once since then. It is really unbelievable how a dumb ball on your back can work so well. I don't even know I have it on. I really think I am subconsciously learning to not roll on my back because it will be uncomfortable.

This product has a strong chemical smell and poor design. The ball is egg-shaped and too soft. After trying it for three nights, I found it ineffective. My wife was still woken up by my snoring, and she told me I was still sleeping on my back - actually, I was sleeping directly on the ball, which flattened like a hockey puck. She still had to push me onto my side to stop the snoring. Would not recommend.

I bought this to keep me from sleeping on my back, and it works. The vest is a bit snug. I am 6 ft and 185 lb and it would be too snug on one much larger than me.

The product is high quality. No smell. Good value for money. The ball is round and firm. For me it is ok but you can replace it with a softer ball.

This vest is very small. I’m 5’ 11” and weigh 187 pounds. No way could I wear this thing. Website description isn’t very good.

Very simple idea but effective. It forces me to sleep on my side preventing me from lying on my back, where I’m suffering from positional sleep apnoea.
